EMS Food and Nutrition Journal (EMSFNJ) is a peer-reviewed, Open Access journal and aims to publish the absolute and reliable source of the discoveries and current developments in the mode of original research manuscripts, review manuscripts, and clinical studies in all areas of Food and Nutrition. The journal provides a medium to researchers, professionals, scholars, academicians and industrial aspirants to publish and disseminate their scientific research endeavor.
EMSFNJ encourages submission of manuscripts related to (but not limited to) food allergies, sensitivities, intolerances, food security, food contamination, preservatives, nutrition, dietary reference intakes and nutrition surveys.
This is an open access (OA) journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her academic institution.
